Achieving the Don’t Walk By culture requires the involvement of everyone. The Don’t Walk By philosophy must be embedded into the culture of the business cascading from the Board throughout every level of management and into the workforce.
A Don’t Walk By (DWB) is defined as an observation that if not addressed has the potential to become a near miss, accident or incident.
Using mapping and GPS, logging a DWB is very simple.
